Clean Word-to-Docs handoff for subs

On Fridays around 3, I triage about 30 agented samples in Word.docx, run PerfectIt and two house macros, and leave Track Changes on anything I’ll want the author to see. When a sample graduates to dev, we move it into Google Docs Suggesting, and I lose context — comment threads break, anchors drift after reflow, and a few inline queries disappear. Has anyone cracked a clean Word↔Docs workflow that preserves comments/suggestions intact (converter, plugin, or a “keep.docx” setting I should be using)?
