Would you take this job? Why or why not?

I did a session-based editing stint (not Vermont), and the real crunch was crossover week when strike-all amendments landed around 10-11 p.m.; having guaranteed comp time made it sustainable. If you apply, ask exactly how they handle live amendment tracking/versioning and whether late nights come with next-morning flex - those two details make or break this kind of job.
